Will my clients notice an accent?
Our VAs are screened on video for clear, confident English, and we recruit from US-facing call centers. Your clients hear a professional. In Spanish, they hear a native speaker, which helps you win the Spanish-speaking leads other agents send to voicemail.
What time zone are they in?
Yours. Our VAs are in Honduras and across Latin America, between one hour behind and three hours ahead of US Central Time depending on the season, so we match a VA to your schedule whether you are on Pacific, Mountain, Central or Eastern time. Your VA clocks in and out on your clock.
What does a VA cost?
We share exact rates on a 15-minute call. Rates are by role and the same for every client; there is one one-time setup per VA, and after that you pay for tracked hours only. The number is a fraction of a US hire once payroll taxes and benefits are counted, and the calculator above shows what that hire costs you.
How do I know they are actually working?
Your VA clocks in and out, their screen is captured about every two minutes, activity is scored, and you get your own access to the hours and screenshots. Unexplained idle time is flagged and reviewed before you are billed. You pay for tracked hours only.
I cannot afford it right now.
A BeyondVA costs a fraction of a US hire, with no payroll taxes, benefits or desk on top, and you pay for tracked hours only from a 20-hour-a-week minimum. Add up the hours you spent last week on CRM entry, listing input, scheduling and follow-up, then ask what those hours would have been worth on appointments. We put the exact number in front of you on the call, and if it does not pay for itself in your market, we will say so.
How is my client data protected?
Every VA signs a confidentiality agreement. Access is granted through a password vault, so passwords are never shared in text, and we revoke access the day a VA leaves and confirm it in writing. VAs work inside your systems and are contractually barred from downloading or exporting client data. Screenshots are stored by our tracking vendor for a limited period and are visible only to you and your BeyondVAs manager, who reviews each week's hours before you are billed. You own every account.
Can an unlicensed assistant make calls for me?
It depends on your state's rules for unlicensed assistants, and we set your VA's scope to match them. In every state your VA can answer calls, confirm and arrange appointments, relay facts you have already advertised, call your past clients, and do admin. A few states allow more under broker supervision; Texas, for example, does not let an unlicensed assistant call anyone to find out whether they want to buy, sell or lease, even to book a follow-up. Your VA never negotiates, discusses price or terms, or acts as an agent. Do-Not-Call, consent, calling-hour and call-recording rules apply to every call made on your behalf, so compliance is a shared job: you supply scrubbed lists and approve every script; your ISA dials manually, inside legal hours, and honors every opt-out. We confirm your state's rules with you before any outbound work. This is general information, not legal advice.
Will my clients know I use a VA?
Only if you want them to. Your VA works from your email domain and your phone system and introduces themselves as your assistant, working on your behalf. What clients notice is that someone answers, and that Spanish-speaking clients get called back in Spanish.
Can I hire more than one VA?
Yes. Each VA has its own one-time setup, its own tracking and its own 90-day and 9-month guarantees. One BeyondVAs manager coordinates the group and you get one invoice.
How fast will an ISA produce?
Weeks one and two are your scripts, your CRM and your lead sources. Most ISAs set their first appointments in weeks two to four and reach a steady pace by month three. We set dial and conversation targets with you in week one and report them every week. We do not guarantee appointments.
What if my VA quits?
We replace them free within nine months, and the new VA studies your SOPs before day one. Your tracking reports, tool access and process documents stay in place.
What if it is not a good fit?
That is what the 90-day guarantee is for. Tell your BeyondVAs manager, we coach first, and if it is still not right we present replacement candidates within ten business days at no new setup fee.
I tried a VA before and it did not work.
Almost every failed VA story has the same three gaps: no training, no tracking, no manager. BeyondVAs provides all three, which is why the hourly rate includes them.
I do not have time to train someone.
Less than you think, but not zero. Your VA arrives trained on real estate vocabulary, phone scripts and common CRMs. What only you can give them is how your business runs: plan on a few hours in week one, which is a kickoff call, screen-sharing your top five tasks, and a ten-minute daily check-in. Your VA records each process into a short video and checklist as you show it, so you explain it once. Our manager runs the kickoff and checks in at days 5, 14 and 30.
I am not big enough for an assistant yet.
Nobody feels big enough until after they hire help. Ask a team leader when they hired their first assistant and the usual answer is "later than I should have." Start at 20 hours a week and grow the schedule as the business grows.
Do I have to commit to 40 hours?
The minimum is 20 hours a week. We recommend 40: a full-time VA learns your business faster and stays longer.
What do I need to provide?
Seats in the tools you already use: a CRM login (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra, BoldTrail, Lofty or similar), a calling seat in your CRM dialer or phone system, and an email address on your domain. If you have no dialer, we recommend one on the call. We handle recruiting, training, tracking, management and payment.
What does the one-time setup cover?
Recruiting and vetting, onboarding training, the tracking account, your own access to hours and screenshots, billing setup, and the kickoff with a BeyondVAs manager. It is charged once per VA, when you sign, and we share the amount on your call.
Why Latin America instead of the Philippines?
Your time zone (we staff Pacific, Mountain, Central and Eastern hours), native Spanish for your bilingual market, strong US call-center culture, and no twelve-hour offset. Your VA is awake when your clients are.
How fast can I start?
Interviews within three to five business days, and your VA is clocked in on your systems in about two weeks.
I am not in real estate. Can I still hire?
Yes. We started with real estate because that is where we come from, and the same VAs run phones, admin, marketing and customer care for any business.
